| DESIGN NAME: Yabai PRIMARY FUNCTION: Immigration Company INSPIRATION: This office is an international immigration consulting company, carrying clients' expectations for the future. By using white as the main color of the space to create a relaxing environment. After placing into the office, the comfortable experience will make people full of hope. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The six-meter-high design is matched with a full floor-to-ceiling window, and the sunlight filters through the window to make the space brighter. The whole room uses transparent glass as partition wall, with black floating staircases, which is spacious and unrestrained. You can feel the grandeur of the space as soon as you enter the office. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The whole room is based on pure white, and uses different materials and lighting to increase the visual richness and liveliness. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in February 2019 and finished in June 2019 in Taipei. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The materials are mainly transparent glass, black stainless steel, Carrara marble, innovative concrete floor...etc. to create a strong sense of modernity. The outer wall design uses rough stone, contrasts smooth marble, but proportionate. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 2,625 sq. ft TAGS: Commercial Space Design, Interior, Modern, High Ceiling, Office RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The black stainless steel extending from the wall to the ceiling create the extraordinary dimensionality. The line structure of the steel, the marble pattern on the wall, and the wood figure on the bookcase, makes the space feel harmonious. CHALLENGE: The main challenge is to inject the spirit of enterprise into design. Through the glass wall, customers feel at ease and trust. The use of all white tones and lighting changes creates a space full of hope.
