| DESIGN NAME: Shinsun Majestic Mansion PRIMARY FUNCTION: Landscape Design INSPIRATION: The design is inspired by people's visual preferences in a modern and simple way, and it has created a new image of urban residences in a simple method. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The landscape design aims to improve a diversified social experience, to build a living space with various activities, and to create an ecological, natural and cultural living conditions to enhance project value. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design brief focused on how to highlight the project space characteristics, how to make nature and landscape coexist, how to integrate art into life, and how to create an introverted, refined and modern lifestyle. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2019 and finished in June 2020 in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In order to create an open and transparent space, special matte glass and glass brick materials are used in the processing of the scenery wall to create a good light and shadow space and artistic atmosphere, and introduce the spirit of simplicity, purity and freedom into reality. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 3,197 square meters. In order to stretch the visiting flow and experience, a special matte glass scenery wall is set at the entrance, which greatly expands the spatial scale. TAGS: landscape, design, modern, glass, nature RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Living a comfortable life shows a respect to oneself. For urbanites who advocate minimalism and emphasize the connotation of classical culture, the ideal residence is a living place for exporting and accepting, carrying and innovating. The project use restrained design language, blank space and reasonable layout to naturally present the modern and simple landscapes and it has won unanimous recognition from customers and the market. CHALLENGE: Through the contrast of different materials, the reasonable allocation of black, white and gray, and the change of light and shadow, the landscape design has created an artistic spatial conception, where the urban boundary is gradually blurred by the dusk, and the urban scene and landscape are spread in the space by a beam of light.
