| DESIGN NAME: Star PRIMARY FUNCTION: Partition INSPIRATION: The wavy glass refracts the colours of the space, visually promotes the communication between spaces, and add an artistic atmosphere to the living space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This customizable partition system is inspired by modern urban architecture. Wavy texture and smooth surface form a strong visual contrast, presenting a unique visual experience, and decorating your home with an elegant and subtle beauty. The well-distributed structure provides proper separation while maintaining communication between spaces. The upper part is a decorative partition, and the lower part is a practical storage cabinet. This partition system can be customized according to different home scenarios to meet your needs for storing various things. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: For Living spaces. The surf glass changes with the ambient light, and through refraction, provide a dynamic visual experience. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The Star Partition consists of two main materials, brushed metal and wavy glass. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The Star Partition system are flat-packed, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation and cut the cost during transportation. TAGS: custom, furniture, partition RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The main research is to create a dynamic visual effect that satisfies the balance of separation and communication. Looking for materials suitable for modern home style. How to meet the high degree of customization and mass production while maintaining the beauty. CHALLENGE: The most difficult part of the design is how to meet the high degree of customization and mass production. The height must reach 2780MM, and the best material is selected from 300 material samples. Finalized after repeated deliberation of 50 test models.
