| DESIGN NAME: Lumiere Residence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hospitality - Hotel Design INSPIRATION: The spaces and surfaces are carefully crafted to amplify the effect of Light and Shadow, Black and White, a minimalist Monochromatic design methodology. The interior is dressed up with a monochromatic modernity discipline to aid its dweller in the process of relaxation, and to unwind at the end of everyday. Elements of comfort, minimalism and decluttering. To feel at home, be at home. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: At Lumiere Residence, a 25-Storey Apartment Style Hotel located in the Heart of Phnom Penh City Centre. With an emphasis on personal service and curated setting, this 166-room property is a sanctuary of choice for all to enjoy the elevated hospitality standard with facilities such as function room, gym, rooftop swimming pool and restaurant OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2017 and completed in 2019. |
