| DESIGN NAME: Qing Kou Yun Shang Hotel PRIMARY FUNCTION: Resort Hotel INSPIRATION: The world cultural heritage, Hani Rice Terraces under the trigger of the beauty of nature, the awareness of the local natural environment protection, hope to use local materials as far as possible, and consider the pace of social development is too fast. We want to create a leisure resort hotel with the characteristics of local Yuan Yang, which is just like the poem "Picking chrysanthemum under the eastern fence, leisurely see the southern mountain". UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located on the Hani Terraced Fields, a world cultural heritage site in Yuan Yang County, Yunnan Province, which offers a beautiful view of the entire Kazi terraced fields. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Intelligent application, combined with lighting and intelligent control, can realize energy conservation and environmental protection as well as collection of big data in the background, which can not only improve the sense of experience, but also effectively analyze and customize the customer's use environment to provide quality services. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2020 in Yuanyang County, Yunnan Province. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the design, the local characteristic elements of Yunyang, such as thatch, bamboo forest, log, sea of clouds and bonfire, are extracted to create the local culture. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The technology is adopted in accordance with the architectural and design requirements of the five-star standard, considering the human environment protection and recycling as much as possible in the structure, architecture, interior and soft decoration. TAGS: Nature, Eco-friendly RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Yunshe Hotel is a five-star high-end resort hotel located in Hani Terraces, a world cultural heritage site in Yuanyang County, Yunnan Province. It is a high-end resort hotel brand under the OCT Group. Tradition, continuation, tolerance, and development are the four core design concepts in the design of this case. Under the core concept, the design pays attention to nature, environmental protection, humanistic care and intelligence, and fully utilizes thatch, bamboo forest, Yunhai, bonfire and other Yunyang local characteristic materials and elements, to create a "resort chrysanthemum under the hedge, see the Nanshan leisurely"（a Chinses saying） leisure resort hotel with oriental beauty. CHALLENGE: Local people take the emphasis on cultural protection, especially the protection of architecture and landscape, how not to destroy the local environment to carry out architectural transformation is a challenge. Secondly, the local natural environment is more humid, for the consideration of material is very particular, environmental protection must also be combined with durability consideration.
