| DESIGN NAME: Nanning Park Lane Manor Penthouse PRIMARY FUNCTION: Villa INSPIRATION: Top luxury mansion not means excessive use of expensive materials or of luxury brands. Instead, it is created based on the attitude and warmth towards life as well as the understanding and interpretation of home. Considering the natural conditions, the designer finally decided to build the penthouse on the north and a roof garden on the south. And an infinity pool in the center divides the garden into two parts to meet different requirements. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In this project, the space form is weakened to the extreme to present the nature of space. The design method of IN SPACE: from inside to outside brings more possibilities to the whole project. A southern courtyard, stairs floating on the water, a two-storey overhead Art Gallery connected with the Living Room and Appreciation Area have created by IN SPACE after repeated deliberation and analysis. IN SPACE has created 'freedom' in silence, so the space looks quiet, independent and unobtrusive. Considering the natural conditions, the designer finally decided to build the penthouse on the north and a roof garden on the south. And an infinity swimming pool in the center divides the garden into two parts to meet different requirements. CHALLENGE: To provide a new interpretation for the true luxury which lies in the space sequence, functions and details, and embodies an artistic perspective and the freedom of heart.
