| DESIGN NAME: Aristocratic Palace PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: The project began to integrate the classic aesthetic factors of the Eastern and the Western. Through the use of natural materials, changing in light and shadow, elegant and neat line elements, smooth pattern layout, various functional features, providing a exquisite and comfortable residential space for future residents. The whole room is characterized by the greatest elasticity so as the use of furniture and equipment. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The designer has made good use of the classic aesthetic elements of the Eastern and Western culture in the case, using the changes of grille, light and shadow to bring out the beauty of penetration and rhythm to the house. Nevertheless, the black lines, applied on each junction in the space, add the sense of fashion to the design. In the distribution of the layout and the furnishings, manifesting the taste and temperament of the client. The flower and bird wallpaper in the living room and the main wall of the marble TV complement each other to create a gorgeous and noble image OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The designer has not only chosen green building materials, recyclable or compostable materials in the selection of building materials, but also equip with high-standard building materials to ensure the furniture so that the durability of the overall environment reduces the waste of resources. The designer retains the characteristics of opening windows on the large surface of the house, using window views to introduce natural light to cut down the consumption of electrical energy. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Marble, Iron parts, Wooden work, Blue glass, Imported wallpaper, Solid wood floor. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The actual size of the interior is about 228.1 square meters, and the pattern layout includes entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The defects of the original layout of the construction company has been improved. The designer has divided the space allocation of the public and private areas through clear lines.
