PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Infused with natural materials and sculpting techniques to create an oriental Zen style ambiance with culture and nature in harmony, the main wall at the reception was made from beige travertine and marble in light color tone to bring about a peaceful and harmonious perception; the wall at the sofa area features large cut-face masonry panels, as the aging beauty of the materials articulates the robust sense of beauty; the surface texture of teak-veneered and steel-brushed partition up front at the entrance features a soft wave pattern embedded at the rose gold color edge, much like a gigantic but soft sculpture work.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: At the entrance, the design technique of visual guidance was adopted to have the laser-engraved motif on the entrance door echoing with the geometric figures on the lobby floor in opening up a continuous visual perceptional experience. Amongst each functional space, there is no glamorous decoration, but only through the light and shadow amongst linework, subtle visual penetration can be created through the connection between layered detailing and Showa colors in the ultimate construct of the beauty of simplicity and serenity.
