| DESIGN NAME: Bookish Atmosphere PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: In this design project, the building with its exterior based on the features of the ancient buildings in Jinling integrates the undertone of modern aesthetics and the functionality. Located among the historical sites, the building implying the elegant charisma of bookish atmosphere overspreading Jinling in the ancient capital has delicately shown the essence of authenticity. The gaps between bricks on the wall generate a concealing sense of order in the space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located among the historical sites, the building implying the elegant charisma of bookish atmosphere overspreading Jinling in the ancient capital has delicately shown the essence of authenticity. The gaps between bricks on the wall generate a concealing sense of order in the space. RoarchiRenew, with its brilliant control, reinforces the establishment of the sense of order. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The artistic adornment exposing the bookish atmosphere stands for the harmonious combination of elegance and modern art showing the state of composure and nimbleness, while constructing the orderly traffic flows altogether with the subtle-luxury outdoor environment, all of which show the consistency of design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: RoarchiRenew, after considering the architectural and the symbolic meaning of bricks, have defined them as the spirit of space. The gaps between bricks generate a concealing sense of order in the space. RoarchiRenew, with its brilliant control, reinforces the establishment of the sense of order. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is 1269 square meter. TAGS: Interior Design, Commercial, Sales Center, Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Nanjing is where uniting the elements of mountains, water, cities, and forests. The sleek mountain-like embellishment on the top incorporates the picturesque natural scenery. At the break of dawn, the sky is as artistic as a scroll unrolling the scenic the Purple Mountain, Qinhuai River, and Ming City Wall. We delineate the space with abstract elements. The design skill of borrowed scenery incorporating ancient gardens establishes the traffic flows in the space, where people begin a journey exploring a contemporary garden. CHALLENGE: The numerous rivers in Nanjing give birth to the local civilization. We, therefore, decided to capture the memory of water by combining the water-like adornments and landscapes. As the light shining and the water flowing, the rhythms in the air are generated. As delicate as a long river, the ornament of water artistically resembles the natural scenery of a river flowing under the bridge and by the mountain. The artistic sense of water vapor gentling diffusing manifests the lively concept of art.
