| DESIGN NAME: Majestic Elegance PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space INSPIRATION: From the delightful experience of previous cooperation, the designer helps the successful host illustrate the imagination and responsibility for home based on his concept of protecting and caring for family. Following the initial motive and centering on humanity in the space, the designer planned the layout of each line and surface in a fabulous way, hence creating a magnificent exquisiteness. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For this two story structure, the design has the living room set as two story high to fully introduce outdoor sunlight and overlook the lush landscape of distant mountains. The perfect overlap of different materials renders a warm, calm and pleasant living ambiance, while the highlight of interior deco in refreshing hues represents the details blended in the structure, outlining the life exclusive to the homeowner and his family. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Natural marble is selected as the main wall expression in the two story living room, with leather, solid wood to iron embroidered mirrors and metal lines and the natural texture of stone and vertical lines to exhibit the aesthetics of the conflict between order and nature. The dining room and the living room are in open plan layout and connect the hosts work space and the main display wall, with materials to connect the family sound interaction and the open moving line to condense the affections among them. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Taking into account the light and landscape, so as to create the openness and spaciousness required for the high-ceiling living room, the design mostly relied on open scale and the perfect overlapping of different materials to construct an elegant, majestic and grand space. In the 88-ping indoor area are segmented a living room, a dining room, and a study, which allows guests to gather freely here and enjoy the breeze and night scene together. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The indoor area is approximately 290 square foot. TAGS: blooming rose, ceiling design, architectural scale, Natural marble wall, natural texture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Through the design and architectural scale and based on the concept of the theme, it is expected to entice the homeowner and his family to explore and feel various aspects of life from the vision, hearing, atmosphere, and the depth of the soul, so that the space will be in harmony and order while giving rise to the charm of reason and sensibility. CHALLENGE: The featured ceiling design of the tall living room is the main challenge. Blooming Rose is used as the design theme. Through the custom-made wooden scale, the curve of each petal is accurately calculated, molded, spray-painted before being composed.
