| DESIGN NAME: Bamboo PRIMARY FUNCTION: Yoga Space INSPIRATION: The moment I stepped into the space, I saw a bamboo forest, and the noise was retreated, and replaced with a kind of silence. Stepping up, the space becomes suddenly bright. The designer took bamboo as the theme and built it into the interior through the construction of bamboo forest, hoping to use the material space as a carrier to show the ideology of space function. To find the spiritual sustenance for the fame and fortune of the urban jungle, and the anxiety of self loss. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bamboo Space is located in the Honggutan Zone office building in the Nanchang city CBD of Jiangxi province. It mainly serves urban white-collar workers who love yoga and allows people to find space for spiritual relaxation. This case takes the bamboo forest as the concept and aims to create a natural and quiet space. We hope that everyone who enters the space can find their own heart, find the harmonious distance between people, and find the key to open the heart. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The lifestyle of the modern city has broken the traditional society's blood-family-centric gathering method, and people have become independent individuals. The Bamboo Yoga Space is an unmanned yoga studio that promotes the concept of community building and growth by fellow initiates, so that every individual who loves yoga can find like-minded partners and spiritual belongings here. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Emphasize the natural characteristics of the material, and extend the characteristics of ordinary materials to the extreme. Rustic cement paint, warm wood veneer, natural bamboo and white paint. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The whole space adopts circular moving lines, which allows people to walk in the space to the maximum extent. Tea breaks, reading, and interactive communication are interspersed between moving lines and landscapes, moving step by step and changing sceneries, and encountering goodness while walking.
