DESIGN NAME:
Brooklyn Luxury
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Residential House
INSPIRATION:
Inspired by history, trying to draw it in line with everything in the future. Functionalism and tradition adapted to the intentions of the present. The main inspiration is based on the passion of the client for rich, luxury and magnificent residences, such as palaces, castles and so on.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project reproduces a classic style, adapted and stylized to the canons of contemporary design and innovative technologies, the modern materials of perfect quality have contributed to the creation of this wonderful project - a true jewel of the Brooklyn Architecture. Expected expenditures will exceed 5 million U.S. dollars, will offer the premise of creating a luxury, elegant interior, but at the same time functional and comfortable.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
We intend to build a smart home that has a classic character. Which would connect the future with the past. This house will satisfy the most demanding demands of a contemporary client.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The house is located in the United States, Brooklyn, New York. The design project was created in 4 months. The construction process started in January 2020 and we plan to finish it by the end of 2020.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The house will be built on system of columns of concrete and metal. The complete equipment with smart home and autonomous systems. All furniture by luxury brands from Italy. Pneumatic lift and stairs made entirely of glass.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The house is on 3 levels and has about 2000 square feets. A very high building, with 3.8 m ceilings. Huge windows all over the perimeter of the house. All rooms are connected to the center, in a large hallway with an opening to the atrium. The floors are connected by a basement staircase with a pneumatic lift in the center, All this construction is made of glass and metal.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
In order to carry out this project, the most expensive materials and technologies were used exclusively, the furniture and decorations are from well-known brands, recognized as design idols. Thus, the innovative technologies, the modern materials of perfect quality, the original design concept have contributed to the creation of this wonderful project - a true jewel of the local architecture.
CHALLENGE:
Creating a fully integrated project with smart house is a celenge nowadays, due to the fact that the market offers quite a few specialists in this field. The luxury style, created by a contemporary perfectionist designer, made almost all the furniture in this house to be custom manufactured.
