PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Sales Exhibition Center
INSPIRATION:
Geometric elements are used as a symbol of the modern design positioning of this residential project, which is combined with a theme of blending old and new elements inside the historic building, so as to let people feel all the same the memories of old times in such a new atmosphere.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project developer rented an old building to be the sales exhibition center. Nothing of the original decoration in the old building was allowed to be removed and everything must be retained. Therefore, the designers used a large amount of encapsulation to well protect all the original decoration structure and objects in it. On the premise of retaining the original suspended ceiling and wooden beams, the new ceiling is made under the original wooden beams to expose them indirectly.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The rounded corners on the display board and the green plants on the background add a lively and relaxing expression here, for the designers hope that the display and visit is not boring but a fun experience. This way of display is carried out from the main entrance and extends inward and the coherence and connection of details further increase the integrity of the design.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
In addition to using metal, artificial stone, artificial greenery, carpet and reuse the existing solid timber flooring. Meanwhile, this project also uses environmentally-friendly materials such as LG wood decorative film on a large scale, which is both environmentally friendly and economical, and can quickly complete construction in line with process requirements.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
The designers managed to adopt a multi-angled irregular 3-dimensional design in the ceiling space of the ground floor, which is not only perfectly blended with the original wooden ceiling on the first floor. In that short design period the designer just completes all design work from concept to construction drawing within 35 days. For the construction timing control ,our team need to consider more details of the design, decoration should be simple and easy to do can be completed quickly, in order to shorten the duration.
CHALLENGE:

Finally at the limited construction costs, it is difficult to select materials, designer find out the new recycle materials are used to replace as main materials to reduce costs and solve the prolem.
