| DESIGN NAME: Tranquil Home PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Apartment INSPIRATION: This design project showing the atmosphere of space by means of the modern simple style creates a soothing and tranquil residence with the calm and composed colors. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For the 3-generation family with 7 family members who need the precise arrangement of the public and private areas, the design of the public area binds the entire family, and the design of the private area soothes everyone. The open public area strengthens the family relationship, where the family members interact smoothly in the open dining room, kitchen, and living room. Each bedroom, in the private area, is decorated with the sufficient storage space, thus preserving a laid-back private space for everyone in the family. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: With reference to the construction materials, the floors in the public area composed of the dining room, kitchen and living room are massively furnished with the grain stone tiles whose patterns naturally spread each area, and ingeniously correspond to the thin grain stone tiles on the TV wall and the gray paint on the wall behind the sofa, thus broadening the sense of sight along the floors and walls. The private area decorated with the wood floors whose warm textures transform the area into a tranquil and calm static space. The bedrooms, additionally, decorated with the leather headboards and the cloth wallpapers strengthen the comfy bedroom life. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project is 465 square meters. In this indifferent urban cement jungle and earth-like land, effectively use the external space to make landscapes and sun terraces and the greening of the roof, creating a fusion and embrace of people and nature, so that the volume and materials of the building return to the original appearance. , "Pure simplicity" combines the essence of humanities and nature. Adhering to the basic functions of building not only sheltering from the wind and rain, but also structural safety, it should give more meaning. The beautiful architectural presentation requires both romantic and rational design concepts and techniques, and also requires professional construction and management to make it a permanent artwork that coexists with nature. |
