RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Research on this project began by focusing on Persian architectural, geometrical patterns. Our aim was to use this two dimensional geometry and pattern to create three dimensional masses. Our main aesthetics priority was not to get trapped in repeating old fashioned forms and to create postmodern forms with new material.
CHALLENGE: The main challenge of this project was to create new and innovative forms from a traditional pattern and motif so that once you are faced by the whole pattern, its authenticity takes you back in time while you are still use that with modern furniture.
