| DESIGN NAME: Floor One PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum INSPIRATION: Existing hard floor wet/dry cleaners treats the entire floor as if it is the same level of dirt and stain, so often times the hard to clean spots, like dried ketchup and other stains, are impossible to get out. Once cleaning is complete, the really unpleasant part of product maintenance and manual flushing are required to ensure minimal odor and bacteria build up for future use. Floor One can distinguish between clean and varying degrees of dirty surfaces. With smart module, it automatically triggers both the roller pressure on the surface and the amount of detergent applied to the surface. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tineco floor one automatically detects how dirty/gritty the floor is and applies the appropriate amount of detergent, roller pressure, and suction power, to ensure the perfect hard floor clean every time. With its advanced roller design that captures excess water and dirt, Floor One roller surface is always clean and leaves the floor streak free. Through its multiple smart sensors, has a self-clean function every time it is placed back at its charging station. The self-clean function flushes all tubes and contact surfaces with fresh water/detergent, so Floor One will be clean and odor-free for each use. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Tineco Floor One was designed with consumer control and convenience in mind. With smart module, it automatically triggers both the roller pressure on the surface and the amount of detergent applied to the surface.The consumer does not need to do anything different, Floor One will seamlessly change its settings for optimal clean. Upon recharging (on the cradle), a proper self-clean will be conducted. It then reminds the user to dispose of the dirty water compartment. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in March 2019 and finished in December 2019 in Suzhou, and was exhibited in CES Las Vegas in January 2020. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Floor one detects both dirt and stains and thoroughly cleans any floor surface by automatically applying the right roller pressure and detergent for the best clean. With our unique roller cleaning technology, the floor will not have any spots or streaks. Floor One also makes maintenance easy by self-clean cycle that flushes out bacteria and odor.Also have the environmental friendly, paint free finish, grainy texture, and classic color blending. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 284 x Depth 280 x Height 1104 weigh 3.3kg power 21.6V 220W TAGS: vacuum, environmental, friendly, intelligent detect, all in one display, self clean RESEARCH ABSTRACT: To understand user requirements as regard air purifiers, at the beginning of the design phase, the team surveyed Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hubei and Nanjing, and by way of observation, visits and other methods, analyzed and obtained the requirements of users. In the process of research and development, and design, based on user requirements, the interactive experience was optimized. At the trial production phase, the research team conducted feasibility tests, and observed utilization condition and the difficulties of users, they encountered so as to continually optimize the user experience of Floor one. CHALLENGE: Tineco Floor One is the first smart wet/dry floor washer that detects both dirt and stains and thoroughly cleans any floor surface by automatically applying the right roller pressure and detergent for the best clean.
