DESIGN NAME: Museum of Art
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Elegant Stand
INSPIRATION: A minimalist design befitting an art gallery. The main idea for the stand was to create a place where visitors could feel both privately and relaxed. We called the stand the party in the museum of art.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Instead of traditional walls, the exhibit’s exterior comprised black matte laminate fins with gray marbling sharply angled toward the booth’s center, which allowed attendees glimpses of the stand’s interior. Inspired by dripping water, 250 strands of delicate golden chains suspended from floor to ceiling to create a pair of shimmering, translucent curtains that wrapped around opposing corners of the centerpiece.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: -
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was designed for a polish client - Omnires - for the Warsaw Home 2019 trade fair.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The exhibit was sectioned off into three showrooms to feature its classic wares, traditional bestsellers, and new products. We used bright spot lighting to emphasize the products. we arranged the offerings as individually lit art installations with luxury bathtubs set atop platforms a couple inches above the floor, sink basins mounted vertically on walls, and faucets arranged atop cabinet-like kiosks.A rectangle of black marbled laminate flooring inset in the room’s classical white floor defined the featured attraction where faucets were arranged along one edge atop a bronze rectangular counter with a black top.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The dimensions of the rectangular area at the stand was 2x2,2m. Walls were 4m high. The length of the strands was 2,77m. The counter was 3,5m length.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Omnires saw the 2019 Warsaw Home show as an opportunity to cement its refreshed image as a top-tier manufacturer of luxury bathroom basins, tubs, and faucets. They asked us to craft an exhibit that reinforced its high-end positioning for the attending architects, designers, and industry specialists. The crown jewel of the exhibit featured a series of faucets in the center of the new-product showroom.
CHALLENGE: We had to make an intriguing atmosphere through the crowded exhibition halls. The client suggested they wanted to "close" the stand with the main construction so the designer had a challenging time to create it. Omnires had fresh new rebranding , so it was challenging to represent their new vision with the design since they had to make an "wow" effect.
