| DESIGN NAME: Yuzhou Rongyu PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: As one of the birthplaces of Shanghai-style culture, Fuzhou city has become a modern area with an inclusive attitude in the convergence of new trends and new culture. The space theme is inspired by the idea of using the color of glazed tiles to create a sense of dignity, directing the attention of people to a glass screen printed with a plum pattern, which is suspended in the center of the Corinthian pillar with Western characteristics. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The display of objects is also combined with local culture. The wall ornaments and furniture form a sharp contrast. The ceiling and the ceiling lights can reveal different perspectives from different angles. The color is mainly based on the red tone that symbolizes joy and festivals in Chinese culture. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project uses special materials such as art customized wall covering, dark wood floor, Caesar green marble, silver foil. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 887 square meter. TAGS: Roman column, carving, enamel, glazed tiles, Caesar green marble, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The original building is for consecutive villas, three of which were transformed into sales center. CHALLENGE: The integration of the Oriental and Western culture shows the particularity of the space, which is the tribute to culture and respect for history.
