| DESIGN NAME: Xixia King PRIMARY FUNCTION: Label INSPIRATION: xixia king, benefits from the advantageous geographical environment of the foot of ningxia helan mountain. through the deeply research of xixia period ancient culture, the designer elected the xixia rock painting as the main forms of expression. it was a popular art form in the xixia period(1038—1227), and it was also the expression and retention of the art of contemporary national painting. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: the rock painting and the hunting sence highlight the social style and spirit of the xixia period with deep cultural background. the label is inrregular and made by natural cork, it's more primitive and stable with good texture ,making it differ from those traditional materials . xixia king's heritage gives the rock painting more fashionable and rejuvenated symbols,and its visual image now is refreshed and remarkable . The two wine labels can be combined to form a map of ancient Xixia. But text pattern cannot be printed directly, it must be presented with a characteristic gold paper.
