| DESIGN NAME: Zhonghe Kechuang PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sale House INSPIRATION: As Shanghai is an international economic, financial, trade, shipping, scientific and technological innovation center, and Qingpu District has a beautiful natural environment and a long history, the design purpose of this case is to integrate the characteristics of the two. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Xujing plate, Qingpu District, Shanghai. Shanghai is an international economic innovation center and Qingpu District has a long history, the design purpose of the project is to integrate the characteristics of the two. The space materials extend the outdoor into the indoor to realize the integration of the building and the indoor. The whole space pursues the depth and accuracy of material, technology and space, and emphasizes the integrity of function, structure and form. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The project starts with the spatial layout of the concept stage from research and customer communication. In the scheme stage, the nail shooting and the spatial function distribution of the spatial effect drawing material are determined. The third step is to draw the material list and construction drawing in the drawing stage, then the construction stage can be started, and the soft installation scheme also starts one after another. Take photos and select films after the completion. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2018 in Shanghai and finished in March 2019 in Shanghai. On the basis of hard decoration, soft decoration design deeply expresses the sense of modernity and science and technology. The selection of ornaments and furniture uses the modeling of arc and fold line to give the space a sense of rhythm. CHALLENGE: Deduce the integrated design of architecture, landscape, interior and soft decoration. With the highly condensed color, extremely simple modeling and moderate collision of materials, the space, people and things are combined reasonably and delicately.
