RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With Beijing's Third Diplomatic Enclave on its north side, Beijing Golf Palace is well located, easy access to Chaoyang Park and next to Beijing Chaoyang Golf Club. Furthermore, it connects East Third Ring and Fourth Ring. Besides, surrounded by upscale apartments, it enjoys a charming environment full of ginkgo trees and clove trees, which makes the apartment luxurious yet low-key, mysterious yet friendly. Well integrated with nature, it appears more attractive in city.
CHALLENGE: During the whole construction process, the first challenge was the period because we only had three months. Secondly, it was a redecoration project so that many parts had to be remained but light needed to redesigned. Thirdly, expensive and delicate art works bought by the owner around the world needed spaces to display. Lastly, as trees outside the window were the highlight that the owner bought the house, the natural sense was the most desirable part the owner wanted.
