FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve? TS: The focus in design this project is to create a working space that offers flexibility to accommodate 15 users in a tight space by creating a movable meeting tower that add floor area to mezzanine level. Combination of concrete look wall with special paint, greenery, walnut wood as the accent tie the nature and man made office environment together. FS: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project? TS: AutoCAD FS: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills? TS: Tan Sie Siong as contractor, Ratna (SSA Lighting) as lighting consultant and Rudi (PRETIQ) as furniture consultant. FS: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept? TS: The challenge in the design is the limited space that needs to accommodate 15 users. To overcome this issue, we tried to come up with idea of adding floor area to the mezzanine level by creating meeting tower.
