Interview with Lawrens Tan at Sunday 16th of September 2018

FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
LT: It had to communicate the design of being first. And always forward thinking. It had to be simple in execution and elegant.

FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
LT: The focus was being the #1 in the field of coaching. Be it business, wealth or personal development. It had to also communicate that the coach wasn't just all talk. He learns from the best people in the industry. Constantly upgrading with new thinking, strategies and trends.

FS: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
LT: The branding identity will be implemented in all the design decks, presentations and also introduce a range of new merchandise.

FS: What made you design this particular type of work?
LT: Branding is one of the most crucial aspects when it comes to identity design. A well designed piece of work communicates clear intent and strategy.

FS: Who is the target customer for his design?
LT: Businessmen, entrepreneurs, startups or people who are looking into setting up a business.

FS: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
LT: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
