| Interview with ETHOSpace Pte Ltd at Tuesday 14th of August 2018 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? EP: With an intimate knowledge and understanding of the Indian culture and religion of the Client, it was almost instinctive for the designer to immediately suggest LIGHT as the essence of design. What better space than the central staircase at the front of the villa to carry a spiritual message so sacred to the client and his family ? As spontaneous the client who endorsed with fervour the concept that initiated a spiritual journey together with the designer. FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept? EP: Project started in june 2008 and finished may 2011 in Singapore
