Interview with Andreas Kioroglou at Monday 24th of April 2017 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? AK: Product colors/patterns had the role of background. FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve? AK: The target audience. FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept? AK: It took about 6 months FS: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration? AK: It was a commissioned design by Anyfion GmbH. FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself? AK: It is being produced and hope to extend the product line. FS: Who is the target customer for his design? AK: The target audience is consumers who like high quality bio Greek products. Greece is known for the high quality and tasty agricultiral products because of it's location. FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean? AK: Name was given. Anyfion is an ancient village in Peloponnese. FS: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design? AK: A web research was conducted in order to identify the competition along with data we had from previous researches. FS: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition? AK: I was sure that it had all the ingredients to succeed to an interantional design competition.
