Interview with TimeTec Computing Sdn Bhd at Wednesday 26th of April 2017 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? TS: Work life balance & modern organization, using the website and mobile gadgets to organize work schedules, making it more accessible, flexible and pragmatic for the working community. For over a decade the company had been offering conventional solution and taking that rich experience and turning it into a solution fits for the future generation. FS: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts? TS: We are using a responsive design and our team made sure that the appeal in the website is consistent with the mobile app. Other features introduced, such as documents, and videos are presented in a way that makes the viewer feel comfortable navigating. We made sure that the information is sufficient and easily acessible to our clients. FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean? TS: The name is not as crucial as what the design can deliver and it is convenience and appealing across all platforms and all gadgets. FS: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project? TS: Adobe Design FS: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills? TS: We collaborate with the developer team to get the best UX and the copywriters to produce copies suitable to the messages we want to deliver. FS: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design? TS: We researched other similar solutions in the market and we browsed through various contemporary websites to look for ideas and inspirations. We also refined & restructured the website to provide better user experience and ensure responsiveness to support all platforms. FS: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept? TS: The biggest challenge was to create a holistic and informative website and at the same time maintain a simplistic design and a fully responsive website.
