| Interview with George Gouvianakis at Friday 8th of March 2013 FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve? GG: To create a limited edition hand made product of high quality. FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept? GG: Project started on February 2012 and delivered on June 2012 (included company and product name, full corporate identity, packaging design). FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself? GG: The Epsilon Organic Olive Oil is being produced by George Geronimakis, Organic Farmer/Producer. FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean? GG: The name Epsilon was inspired by the first letter of the word "Elaiolado" which in Greek means olive oil. FS: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?
