The A’ Design Award Entry Insurance covers eventual reimbursement of your award nomination fees via a substitution nomination ticket so that if you do not win the design award you could still make a nomination for the next edition. In other words; if you do not win the design award, get a free nomination ticket as a reimbursement to nominate another entry for the next edition. This is an advantageous service in case you are not sure if your entry would win or not; get an assurance and relax; you pay a little extra but you get complete security; you know that by getting an Entry Insurance, you get a further chance to win the accolade via the substitution nomination ticket that is granted to you in case your initial entry was not selected as a winner. The substitution ticket will be based on your initial nomination type (Professional or Digital Entry). All design award entries which have a preliminary score assigned, regardless of how they were nominated, can be insured and the insurance cost depends on the preliminary score of the entries; so the better your entry, the less you would pay for insuring your design award entry.

Costs
Please refer to the table below for the costs relating to the design award insurance tickets. The fee depends on preliminary score as well as regular nomination fee (standard period professional entry base nomination fee rate for professional entries and standard period digital entry base nomination fee rate for digital entries is considered).

Disclaimer: Please kindly note that the Entry Insurance is limited to providing a replacement nomination ticket to nominate a new work if your entry is not elected as a winner; and the design award entry insurance does not cover any other, legal or non-legal further or related costs that you might be obliged to pay in case your entry could result in damages to yourself or third parties due to cases including but not limited to copyright infringement, patent disputes, or any others; this is not a life insurance, it is not an insurance to protect your entries in the exhibition, it is not an insurance that could help you for anything else except for getting a replacement ticket if your entry is not elected as a winner. There will not be any monetary refunds; only a replacement ticket if your entry is not elected as a winner. This excludes any work that is disqualified; but withdrawn projects will be eligible. Ordering this service does not effect your potential award status.
