| DESIGN NAME: Residence of Art PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cooperative Space Design INSPIRATION: Constructed mainly by stones, the building furnished with metals, long windows and fined forging decorations exhibits genuine educative eccentricity in humble gesture. On the roof of the building where, the halo from big-oval display light box has been a part of the city landscapes. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Given the location consisting of the education and business activities, a 13-floor architecture displays the composed and plain idiosyncrasy in the prosperous community. Focusing on the graceful and dignified atmospheres, the design plan exceptionally brings to people an exquisite residence. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Next to the main street in the metropolis area, an area composed of school district and night market manifests the energy and static characteristics of the city. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the foyer and living room, the decorative skill by using white polished stones, brown trimming, and refined hand-made chandelier enlighten the public space with charms. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 298 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In the hall and behind the metal art screen, the lounge ornamented with high ceilings, dark stones, mirror and metals has distinguished itself from general stereotypes in which people can talk, establish social network, ponder and read. CHALLENGE: This is the residence showing delicate design style and creating a long-lasting living environment.
