| DESIGN NAME: VANKE Emerald Riverside 300 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: For centuries, only a few people can have the honor of passing down and owning handmade luxurious furniture, especially in today’s world. The industrial revolution brought mechanization and monotonous objects, which is teeming in people’s normal life. Due to this, it is more invaluable as for the solemn and unique texture of handmade crafts. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Jadeite Jade Riverside is located at the core of Lujiazui Riverside, stretching for 1.4 kilometers. As it boasts such a noble status, it should be treated with great respect. As a result, LSDCASA renders retrospects to aesthetics in early Raphael era, where great attention was paid to well-seasoned craftsmanship. With art running through it, Jadeite Jade Riverside 300 sample apartment is born to be luxurious and valuable. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Area of project 300 ㎡ TAGS: - RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Jadeite Jade Riverside is located at the core of Lujiazui Riverside, stretching for 1.4 kilometers. As it boasts such a noble status, it should be treated with great respect. As a result, LSDCASA renders retrospects to aesthetics in early Raphael era, where great attention was paid to well-seasoned craftsmanship. With art running through it, Jadeite Jade Riverside 300 sample apartment is born to be luxurious and valuable. When the lamps are on, the spectacular scenery of Lujiazui and the blurred scenery of Huangpu River are perfectly absorbed by the 270 °surrounding French window. It adds radiance to art-like light in the room, which is splendid and extraordinary. CHALLENGE: With a large abstract decorative painting as the base and overlapped with the taste of art and innovation, metal cabinet stacked by metal lines, brings visual impact to people who look at it for the first time. The design of living room is more comfort-oriented without giving up any chance of showing off its detailed style. Light-colored and L-shaped sofa, selected from fabric of Andrew Martin, maze-like ceiling lamp band, combination crack coffee table, stone cutting desk, chairs from the 1970s and sculpture-formed tea table, all of these are trying to showcase the art through rules. Dining tables, chairs, and sculpture tables apply a large number of curves instead of traditional geometric angles so as to create handmade beauty, which echoes with the shape of top chandelier. The bamboo- shaped dining chair feet is simple, natural and precious as it is made with millions of times of manual grinding Compared to the dining room. the master bedroom tries to achieve resonance between comfort and art. Purple, golden and green showcase extravagance, while personalized chest of drawers is perfectly dotted with the high cabinet. The carpet is like a decorative painting, enhancing the decorative sense of the entire space to a large extent. Different rooms are given a different theme, but the same is its lasting artistic sense and the value of sincerity. Light gray and dark green form the main colors, which is stable rather than unexpected visually. Dumb finishes and historical-liked texture are stylish without noise. With black, white and gray as the main color, the overall space is reserved and solemn. Abstract patterns of wallpaper echoes with the art equipment, unfolding extraordinary artistic sense in escape of restraint.
