Paolo Rossetti, the designer of the award winning work Bonsai says “The Bonsai visual identity design emerged from the need to produce a limited number of bottles for Bonsai, a IGT Toscana Rosso wine, produced by Podere Le Ripi in Montalcino in Italy. Bonsai is the result of a unique cultivation of the vine in which the vines grow in confined spaces which allows the plant to take root and find nourishment deep in the earth. So every vine is special.
