WenLi Wu, the creative mind behind the winning project Qing Zhu Lake explains “If the sales office does not treat the sales as a kind of mission, it would endow more possibilities for space, so the design will be infused by more inspiration and less limit. The building is not only a sales office but also a mini-type library. The designer hopes the building can make progress and have self-actualization after accomplishing the simple mission instead of still remaining at a level just to solve simple function.
