Grace Kwai, the creative mind behind the winning work Tanyue Mansion explains “The sales center features ancient design elements derived from the evolution and refinement of the roof structure of Zhuang, which is one of the minority groups in China. It is also a cultural platform which shows the expressive force of ancient academy and promotes enterprise brand value in the future. The design concept comes from the ancient oriental academy building, which is a wooden stone brick structure with rigorous symmetrical layout.
