SATOH Hirotaka, the lead designer of the winning project Tsutsumu explains “"Tsutsumu" was brought to life based on the Japanese custom of wrapping items carefully, such as "furoshiki (a piece of cloth used to wrap objects)" and "noshibukuro (a envelope used for gifts of money)". It is made by folding a piece of high-quality leather - beautifully, like origami - without using a piece of fastening material.Tsutsumu is designed to gently wrap users' important business cards.
