Inspired by the marquise diamond cut known as the boat-shaped /navette, reimagines the heritage and cultural treasure of the future city. It contributes to sustainability through a mirror of water with two concrete tanks that collect rainwater, avoiding contamination and collapse of drain lines, allowing reuse of water for irrigation. The obelisk, 145mt tall the highest in Latin America.
