Yunsong Liu, the designer of the award winning sporting goods design work Winding says “This is a dumbbell that can adjust the tension, which they got inspiration from a device that can exercise more muscles and understand the standard degree of movement. It increase the deformation of the internal spring of the dumbbell through the way of rotation, complete the adjustment of the tension. The combination of pull rope and human body combination can increase the different forms of exercise. The color line of the pull rope can prompt the completion degree of the action.
