A' International Design Award and Competition is pleased to announce that the project Rublev by architect: Hans Marechal, architect: Bart Diederen, designer: Anuschka Marechal, designer: Emy Liebregts, designer: Anja Romme and 3d design: Pim Rongen has been honored with the famed Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design Category picked as the winner by the transnational jury members of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of nominated projects.

Regarding Rublev

Hans Maréchal, the lead designer of the winning work Rublev explains “The design of the lounge is inspired upon Russian constructivism, the Tatlin Tower, and Russian culture. The union shaped towers are used as eye-catchers in the lounge, this to create different spaces in the lounge area as a certain kind of zoning. Because of the round shaped domes the lounge is a comfortable area with different zones for a total capacity of 460 seats. The area is fore seen with different kind of seating, for dining; working; comfort and relaxing.
