Tung Tsan Lee, the creative mind behind the winning project Dining in Nature explains “With the concept of nature and healthy in mind, the designers hope to bring the idea of bionic architecture where customers can connect themselves with the nature that they once experienced sensed and familiar with. Through adding the grating system in the room, the public and private areas are divided functionally. In addition, both dynamic and static behaviors are separated to reduce the interferences s that the two bring to each other.
