Kousaku Hirano, the creative mind behind the winning project Kisarazu explains “Kousaku says in the beginning, the air was so tense that it was almost like a battlefield. Eventually, that battlefield changed to everyday life, and he was gradually released from the tension. Then, He went out to the vegetation, alleyways and marches to his heart's content. Strangely, no matter were he went, there was unique atmosphere, and he felt signs of people and the kindness of the fishermen at the harbor.
