Akasa Minh, the lead designer of the winning project Empty Heart Sound explains “Over thousand years of history, Hanoi with an unique urban layout characterized by natural water systems became a navel of Vietnam with many layers of cultural political heritage.Rivers, lakes, ponds and other water channels created hidden values of this high density National capital. Skylight with bamboo kinetic composition and simple structure created a new restaurant atmosphere . Building body is constructed with an aspiration of traditional daily bamboo object ,a fishing trap.
