Kevin Chang / Lab Modus, the creative mind behind the winning project Moena Cafe Taipei explains “By a refreshing atmosphere of the resort, lab modus wants to modernize the style of Hawaiian island and as well to present the rich senses of the ocean and flowers. The reception counter is sculptured with curves. Moreover, the dining area features a richly layered design, and 380 ceiling chandeliers with high ceilings. It looks like ocean waves in the lighting scene. People can also get spiritual charge in their mind. In the night, it reflects the waterfront landscape with the living color LED.
