Genius Loci Pte Ltd, the designer of the award winning interior design Dharmawangsa Residence says “As Jakarta is a flood prone area, the floor plate of the entire liveable space and lap pool was elevated by one level. Due to the tropical weather in South East Asia, the humid conditions were countered by creating a suitable design with proper cross ventilation, in promoting air circulation throughout the house.
