A' International Design Award and Competition is pleased to announce that the work Dharmawangsa Residence by Creative Director: Mr Alex Bayusaputro, Architect in charge: Ms Yuyun Soewahjo and Designer in charge: Ms Rivia Meidiana has been honored with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design Category selected as the winner by the transnational jury members of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of nominated projects.

Regarding Dharmawangsa Residence

Genius Loci Pte Ltd, the lead designer of the winning project Dharmawangsa Residence explains “As Jakarta is a flood prone area, the floor plate of the entire liveable space and lap pool was elevated by one level. Due to the tropical weather in South East Asia, the humid conditions were countered by creating a suitable design with proper cross ventilation, in promoting air circulation throughout the house.
