Levent Muslular, the lead designer of the winning baby products design Febris explains “Febris is a kind of smart watch designed for children between 4 to 12 ages. It functions as wearable phone and locator for the kids who are not mature enough to use regular smart phones. Febris includes GSM/GPRS module for voice or data communication and GPS module for tracking functionality. Febris accommodates presence detection and body temperature measurement sensors on it. Parents are informed through Febris mobile app if the watch is taken out or any abnormalities on kid’s body temperature are observed.
