Ryra Design Studio, the designer of the award winning architecture design work Barin says “This ten-story resort is located in the heart of mountain on Shemshak,the second largest ski area in Iran,in only half an hour drive from the capital.This location is defined by Snow-covered landscapes,so the architect didn't want the building to be indifferent about its surrounding,but as a part of nature embracing that.There are 67 unit types differing from 45m studioflat to 270m penthouse.
