Architecture Workshop, the designer of the award winning work Pivot says “Pivot is a pre-war studio renovated into an adaptable apartment with a secret bedroom for a client who hosts large dinners with overnight guests and a home office; a design for modern sustainable living within a tiny footprint. The project is an exploration of the power of custom design to adapt to changing requirements of its residents by taking advantage of functionally responsive cabinetry. Cabinetry creates various spatial experiences ranging from serene white to lush wood.
