Walid Nasrala, the lead designer of the winning project Dry Wata explains “Dry Wata is a simple looking tube that looks like a water tap but is actually a towel hanger. Its proximity to the wash basin and to the actual water tap emphasizes the gimmick behind the concept of the product making it look like you're actually drying your hands with water. The hook system is designed to hold the towel's weight but easily lets it go when pulled out by hand.
