Ezra Satok-Wolman, the designer of the award winning project I Am Hydrogen says “The design is inspired by the Neo-Platonic philosophy of macrocosm and microcosm, seeing the same patterns reproduced throughout all levels of the cosmos. Referencing the golden ratio and fibonacci sequence, the necklace features a mathematical design that mimics the phyllotaxis patterns observed in nature, as seen in sunflowers, daisies, and various other plants. The golden torus represents the Universe, enveloped in the fabric of space-time.
