Red Design Consultants Rodanthi Senduka, the creative mind behind the winning project YoYo bench explains “The design of the YoYo bench is inspired by the word YoYo - a call to promote individuality through the creative abbreviation of the word YOU, while at the same time it works as a homage to youth culture through the modern salute of teenagers (Yo). The letters are combined in such a way that the word YoYo is readable both from the front and upper views. Designed to inspire green-thinking, the YoYo bench in environmentally friendly made of O.S.B. material from recycled and compressed wood.
