Elixir Marketing, the creator of the award winning project Place Viau says “This sales brochure was designed to be an aide to lure prospective retail tenants to Place Viau, a shopping complex in Quebec, Canada. Design cues from the building’s architecture inspired the brochure's key features – translucent pages reflecting the building’s soaring glass facades and rectangular shapes echoing the building’s siding finishes.
