Wenkai Xue, the lead designer of the winning design Tubedex explains “Tubedex, a new bus stop designed for post industrial cities, draws inspiration from industrial pipes and gives it a modern aesthetic by deconstructing this iconic element while preserving traces of industrial history. The design uses an interactive interface to ensure high recognition while clearly displaying real time bus information, significantly enhancing the user experience.
